For a correct EVO5 installation it is important to follow some simple rules.
Carry out CAN, serial or K-line connection only AFTER performing the logger configuration with Race Studio 3.
For a correct working of the integrated three-axial accelerometer and gyroscope, EVO5 is to be placed in a central position of the car (ideally in the vehicle's centre of gravity).
GPS module is not to be positioned under metal or carbon fibre objects, which would greatly reduce the satellite signal quality.
Also avoid the positioning close to other antennas, digital cameras or TFT displays.
Finally, avoid to install the product with tense cables.
